1Rolling Thunder Ride for Freedom
It was the Rolling Thunder Ride for Freedom, a chance for people to pay homage and give love and thoughts to lost soldiers. Marine Staff Sergeant Tim Chambers was there to salute his fallen brothers.
And salute them he did. For some time. Three hours, to be precise. That’s right, to pay his tribute, Chambers spent more than 180 minutes with his hand in the salute position. All while injured.
Chambers injured his wrist quite badly on duty and it’s strapped in a cast. But didn’t stop him. Nothing was going to get in the way of his salute.
